This water purification kit includes the following:
IPAK Gard? pretreatment pack efficiently removes colloids, particles and free chlorine from tap water to protect the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane and improve system performance.
IPAK Meta? and IPAK Quanta? polishing cartridges contain innovative Jetpore? mixed-bed ion-exchange resin and IQnano? ion-exchange media, which achieve ion removal down to trace levels. In addition, high-grade synthetic activated carbon targets trace organic contaminants.
The Tank Vent Filter, redesigned for seamless integration, provides improved protection against airborne contaminants.
This kit is designed for use with Milli-Q? EQ 7008/16 systems for the production of pure (Type 3) and ultrapure (Type 1) water.
